International Conference "New Directions in Social Choice in St. Petersburg", July 12-13, 2021

On July 12-13, the Game theory Lab at the HSE University will hold an international conference 'New Directions in Social Choice in St. Petersburg'.

We are happy to announce the international conference New Directions in Social Choice in St. Petersburg organized by the Game theory Lab at the HSE University.

The conference will bring together economists and computer scientists and will focus on the Social Choice problems where these two communities interact sufficiently, such as, but not limited to,

  • Majoritarian rules and the treatment of minorities,
  • Condorcet domains and strategyproofness,
  • Approval voting and multiwinner elections,
  • Proportional representation and fair districting,
  • Condorcet domains and strategyproofness,
  • Participatory Budget allocation.


CONFERENCE WEBPAGE

The conference will take place on July 12-13 in a hybrid format. The offline venue is 3A Kantemirovskaya st., St.Petersburg, Russia.
