Congratulations to our research assistants for winning prizes in NIRS 2021!

The Student Research Paper Competition (NIRS) 2021 results were announced. NIRS is the annual competition aimed at encouraging research activities among students. Both students from HSE and other Russian and world universities can participate.

HSE graduates Valeria Kuka and Daria Teplova, who were working in our lab as research assistants in 2020-2021, won second place in the nomination "The Best Paper on Economics by MA Students and Graduates of the Year 2021" with the paper Assessing the welfare effects of strategic voting.

Our research assistant Maria Mitrankova became an awardee in the nomination "The Best Bachelor's Paper in Economics" with the paper Property analysis of veto by consumption voting rule.
